In order to increase flexibility, the package SOIC is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.This device operates with 15V supply voltage.In this case, HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER serves as the interface IC.The component has 8 pins.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.125°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.-40°C is the minimum operating temperature.Using unique technology, FLOATING LOAD DRIVER; UNDER VOLTAGE LOCKOUT CIRCUIT can also be provided.
