HMC914LP4E Overview
The linear amplifier is packaged in a 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. Buffer amps of this type are called Limiting-types. There is a Strip case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. A total of 24 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. The total number of pins on linear amplifier is 24. Please take in mind that op amp should be run at 3.3V. It should be noted that this type of buffer amplifier is exactly what is known as a ATM/SONET/SDH ICs device. There are 24 pins on this chip. The mounting type that is recommended for this electrical part is Surface Mount. In terms of operating temperatures, this buffer amplifier works very well at a temperature of around -40°C~85°C .
