HMC745LC3TR-R5 Overview
Package 16-VFCQFN Exposed Pad. In this package, there is also the Tape & Reel (TR) package that is included. A version of Surface Mount is also available. The unit has a fully functional Differential, Single-Ended output that can be controlled. The communication type used by this application is XOR/XNOR Gate logic. It is possible to extend the operating temperature at -40°C~85°C. A 4 input is included in it. 3V~3.6V power supply is used to operate it. An additional feature of this part is that it has 16 terminations. In order to find more parts that are similar, you can search HMC745. There is a 16 pin jointed to it. Installing and dismounting it is made easy with its Surface Mount-shape design. In this case, it's a logic gate application using a 16 solution. Normally, the part requires 3.3V volts.
