There is greater flexibility with the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package.A package of Tube has been used.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.In the absence of a 9V~14V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.-55°C~150°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.The input type is Non-Inverting.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 12 terminations.There are various related parts under its base part number HIP2101.This device operates with 12V supply voltage.On the board, there are 12 component pins.A boot strap voltage of 114V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.
