A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.Gate drivers can demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy wGate driversh a 9V~14V supply voltage.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -55°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.The input type is Non-Inverting.It's configured with 8 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number HIP2101.With a supply voltage of 12V, it is designed to operate.A high-side voltage can be set up to 114V (Bootstrap).
