The flip flop is packaged in 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). There is an embedded version in the package Tape & Reel (TR). T flip flop uses Differentialas its output configuration. The trigger configured with it uses Positive Edge. It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. With a supply voltage of 3V~15V volts, it operates. It is at -40°C~125°C TAdegrees Celsius that the system is operating. Logic flip flops of this type are classified as D-Type. In this case, it is a type of FPGA belonging to the 4000B series. You should not exceed 40MHzin its output frequency. It consumes 4μA of quiescent current without being affected by external factors. A total of 14 terminations have been made. JK flip flop belongs to 4013 family. The power supply voltage is 5V. A JK flip flop with a 7.5pFfarad input capacitance is used here. It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Basically, it is designed with a set of 14 pins. This device has Positive Edgeas its clock edge trigger type. For normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 3V. The superior flexibility of this circuit is achieved by using 2 circuits. There are no output lines on the JK flip flop.
