FT200XD-T Overview
In the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, you'll find it. This packaging has a Tray-shape, making it convenient to carry around. To ensure reliable operation, the temperature should be regulated to -40°C~85°C. It should work as long as you use a 3.3V~5VV power source. Among other things, it contains 10 terminations. When 3.3V is used as the supply voltage, high efficiency can be achieved. There are 10 pins used in order to operate the device. It contains MICROPROCESSOR CIRCUIT uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs in total. It is set to 8mA to supply the gadget with a constant current. A 5V-volt supply voltage is recommended for maximum efficiency. These copper electrical components are part of the USBmadeEZ-FIFO, FT-X, X-Chip series. As far as Bus Controllers is concerned, this device is independent of the rest of the system. There is a maximum supply current of 9.1mA for the operation of this device.
