In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 15V~20V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number FAN73832.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 8 pins when designing.There is a maximum output current of 650mA.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 600V.Mosfet driver supports an output current of 350mA.According to its maximum power dissipation, 625mW is capable of conducting and transferring a large amount of power without overheating.Mosfet gate drivers produces a voltage of 620V.
