In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 34-PowerTFQFN package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. There is a switching frequency of 200kHz~1.5MHz for this voltage regulator 12v. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V.
