In order for this FPGA to work properly in accordance with its specifications, it is necessary that it is mounted in Surface Mount. In operation with 1.2V, designers can take advantage of its flexibility to the fullest extent. A maximum operating temperature of 85°C can be reached by this module. There should be a temperature difference between 0°C and the operating temperature. With a total of 256 pins, it is equipped with a high level of security. In its basic building block, it is composed of 963 logic blocks (LABs), which are called building blocks. A memory of 63kB is embedded in this FPGA module for storing data and programs.
