DS89C430-MNG Overview
For the purpose of saving space, it is available in the 40-DIP (0.600, 15.24mm) package. This is mounted using the Through Hole method. It comes in a Tube package. The device has a 8051 core processor. During work, the temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. It has a type of program memory of FLASH. A total of 32 I/Os are present.
