DG444DY Overview
The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a SOIC. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Bulk is used. 16 terminations have been made so far. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 1 channels. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 15V voltage supply. There is 160Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. There is Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer like this in the world. An effective Dual, Single supply digital multiplexer. This digital switch can be operated with a current of 100pA. The digital multiplexer has SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs that can be used. Temperatures higher than 85°C are not recommended for operation of the analogue multiplexer. A Drain to Source resistance of 50mOhm is shown for this electronic part. It can conduct 4-bit signals.
