DAC3174IRGCT Overview
In the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, you will find it. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.8V. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature within -40°C~85°C when the device is operating. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. It is designed with 64 terminations.
