A 35-UFBGA, WLCSP package is included. 31 I/Os are available. Device mounting type Surface Mount is the type of mounting that the Microcontroller uses. 32-Bit core is the basis for this Microcontroller. The type of its program memory is FLASH. The temperature range that this Microcontroller operates at is -40°C~85°C TA. The PSOC® 4 CY8C42xx series includes this electrical component. The size of the program memory of Microcontroller is 32KB 32K x 8. ARM® Cortex®-M0 Core processors are used in MCU. During the manufacture of the IC chip, there is a number 68 of terminations. Input voltage for the chip is 1.8V volts. This MCU is implemented with 32kB memory. A good performance can be achieved at a frequency of 48MHz, as long as it is operated at a low power consumption. The pin number of the component remains 35. The clock has 4 timers/counters to keep track of the time. This device features a ARM core architecture. Among the eight programmable I/O sections, there are many different ways in which it can be programmed.
