As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 100-LBGA package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains a total of 100 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called LVPECL, LVTTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An upper frequency limit of 200MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.63V to operate this time clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 2.97V. There are 2.97V~3.63V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature.
