CS42L73-CRZR Overview
For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 65-VFBGA package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR). In the various applications in which this electronic part is used, it is capable of delivering a high level of efficiency as a type of Audio. As a mounting type, it uses Surface Mount. Operating performance -40°C~85°C permits it to function normally. The unit is integrated with 1 / 2 ADCs / DACs. Supply voltage is 3V~5.25V for the analog circuit. A supply voltage of 3V~5.5V is applied to the digital circuit. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the end of transmission lines by 65 terminations. There are 65 pins on this device.
