In order to save space on the board, 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages are used.To pack telecommunications equipment, the way of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.There is a type Surface Mount mount for this telecom circuit.There are 1 circuits in this telecom IC .A higher supply voltage for 4.5V~5.5V will improve efficiency.Telecom switching is possible to achieve reliable performance when the operating temperature is set at -40°C~110°C.Telecom switching is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Telecom interfaces contain 16 pins.The supply voltage of 5V enables designers to have a great deal of flexibility.Temperature should be set at the minimum value of -40°C to ensure normal operation.Ensure normal operation by setting the temperature to the maximum value of 110°C.Voltage supplied should be 4.5V at least.If 5.5V is higher than the supplied voltage, telecommunications device should be lower.In order to maintain normal operation, the supply current should be maintained at 1μA.A resistance of 100Ohm is possible with it.
