CDCVF2505D Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are a total of 8 terminations in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. LVTTL is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility.
