This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. There are 48 terminations found in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. This Clock PLL will be fed by CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal as its input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel.
