This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by HSTL, LVPECL, LVTTL as its input. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 280MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 3V for normal operation. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics.
