It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 1.5GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 3V for safety considerations.
