In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. In this clock generator, Differential or Single-Ended is used as the input to the clock.
