As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. A Clock PLL is included with the 28-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 28 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V.
