CBT3245ABQ-Q100X Overview
Due to the lack of space on the board, digital switch is provided in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.In terms of mounting, digital switch ic uses the Surface Mount method .The multiplexers uses an analog IC Bus Switch as the analog part of the circuit.When the operating temperature is kept at -40°C~85°C, turn signal switch will not be susceptible to external factors.With a supply voltage of 4V~5.5V, designers have greater flexibility of digital controlled switch.These multiplexers are members of the 74CBT series, which provide extensive application potential.As parts of its basic configuration, 20 terminations are desgined.The base part number is 74CBT3245, which can also be used to find its logic switch related parts.The multiplexer's system is powered by 5V volts.In this turn signal switch, there are 20 component pins.As a type of supply, Single is employed.There are 20 pins on it.Multiplexer ics are mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Among the family of CBT/FST/QS/5C/B the logic switch is a member.Signal multiplexer contains 8 bits.It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) be kept at 4V so that unnecessary failures can be prevented.Not being affected by the external factors, consumes 1μA current of multiplexer ic.Reliable performance of the multiplexers can be achieved when a supply voltage of 5V is provided.The resistance of the signal switching is 2.The system operates with a resistance of 10Ohm.
