This power management consists of 8 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. In this IC management you will find 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions for you to refer to. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. IC management conducts at a voltage of 3.3V. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. EEPROMs is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. 8 pins are present in total in this power management. This power management has 8 pins. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 2.5V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. There is a 1mA supply current present in the power management. You can always use CAT14002, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The power management must be powered by 3/5V volts to function properly. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 1mA.
