The device supports a maximum on-state current of 450000A.The RMS on-state current must be kept below 659.4A in order for the device to function normally.As this device has a 1200V repetitive peak off-state voltage, it has a repeating peak off-state voltage of 1200V volts.Insulation effectiveness can be measured by leakage current, with a maximal leakage current of 45mA.Gate trigger current is the amount of gate current required for a device to switch from its blocked (Off) state to its unblocked (On) state, and DC gate trigger current-Max is 300mA.
