BU4846G-TR Overview
There are 5 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. There are SC-74A, SOT-753 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a voltage supply of 2.4V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 5. This power management system has 5 pins. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 900mV for this power management. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 7V volts in this PMIC. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. Supplied with a operating current of 550nA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BU48*, the base power ics number. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 1.75μA.
