On the board, there is also a 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package that saves space.RF transceiver is mounted using Surface Mount.With transceiver RF's high reliability and efficiency, this emerges as a TxRx Only.In order to provide high reliability, advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR) is used.A transceiver RF circuit board with 28 pins is designed.By Surface Mount, transceiver has been mounted.RF transceiver operates at 400MHz~470MHz 800MHz~940MHz frequency.
