ATSAMD20J16A-MNT Overview
For space savings, it is available in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The way of mounting it is Surface Mount. You can find it in the package of Tape & Reel (TR). A core processor of ARM? Cortex?-M0+ is present in the device. When working, it is recommended that the temperature be kept at -40°C~105°C TA. There is FLASH program memory in it.
