ATSAMA5D27C-D5M-CU Overview
The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in 289-LFBGA. High reliability is achieved using advanced packaging method Tray. A CPU with 1 Core 32-Bit cores and width 1 Core 32-Bit busses is used. Recognize operating temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA. This is part of the SAMA5D2 series. Core-wise, this CPU has a ARM? Cortex?-A5 processor. The CPU contains LPDDR1, LPDDR2, LPDDR3, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, QSPI RAM controllers. A I2C, SMC, SPI, UART, USART, QSPI interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 3.3V.
