It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package to save space. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 500kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage.
