There is a 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. An op amp ic of the Instrumentation type. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tube case. The number of terminations is approaching the 16 mark. The pins on this board total to 16 in total. As a reminder, this buffer op amp should be powered by 15V battery and that the battery should be inserted in the amplifier. There are 16 pins on this chip.
