ADM809SARTZ-REEL7 Overview
As you can see, this power management is mounted through 3 terminals. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. IC management is packaged as a TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. There is a voltage supply of 3.3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, the power management has 3 pins in it. There are 3 pins on the supervisor. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1V volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~125°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. There is a supply current of 60μA for the power management. It is always advisable to use ADM809, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 60μA at the most. The power management has 1 monitored inputs.
