ADM1293-1BARUZ-RL7 Overview
Packed in a Tape & Reel (TR). A package called 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). In addition, it can be used as a Single Phase meter as well. We have it in Surface Mount. Optimal operation is achieved at -40°C~105°C at a higher temperature. 2.95V~20V power supply is used to power it. Search ADM1293 for more similar parts. The low-level I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of 0.4V 0.8V 1.5V. This device is capable of delivering voltages of 1.1V for high-level I/Os on its pins. There are 14 terminations on the part. The PMIC analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC is a powerful device. This device may not be able to operate without a voltage of 2.95V or higher. In order to keep the voltage at a reasonable level, the device's maximum voltage should not exceed 20V. 14 pins are attached to it. Logic gates can be applied to this 14 solution. In order to allow for easy installation and dismounting, it is designed as a Surface Mount device. As a matter of fact, this is Power Management Circuits, which is the designation for specialized needs. PMICs should be set to the 3.6mA supply current as a rule of thumb in order to keep them working normally. It usually requires a 2.95/20V power supply to run the device. In order for the memory chip to operate, it must operate at a voltage that is no higher than 3.3mA.
