ADM1293-1AACPZ-RL7 Overview
In Tape & Reel (TR) package. An example of a 16-WQFN Exposed Pad package is shown below. This device can be used as a Single Phase meter. There is an option in Surface Mount. Temperature at -40°C~105°C is extended during operation. 2.95V~20V power supply is used to power it. You can find more similar parts by searching ADM1293. The PMIC comes equipped with low-level I/O ports that have a voltage of 0.4V 0.8V 1.5V. This device is capable of delivering voltages of 1.1V for high-level I/Os on its pins. Parts of the part have 16 terminations on them. This is a powerful analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC for PMICs. To be able to operate this device, the user should be aware that a voltage of 2.95V or higher is required in order for it to work. In order to keep the voltage at a reasonable level, the device's maximum voltage should not exceed 20V. Joined 16 pins are present. For logic gate applications, this is a 16 solution. It is designed to be used as a Surface Mount device for easy installation and dismounting. Specifically, this is a Power Management Circuits for specialized needs that needs to be taken care of. The maximum supply current is recommended to be set at 3.6mA in order to make sure the PMIC keeps running normally. Power supplies are generally required to power the device. A memory chip must have a voltage no greater than 3.3mA to work properly.
