ADG513BRZ-REEL7 Overview

Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. 16 terminations have been made so far. This electronic part offers high-quality output due to its 4 channels. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 5V voltage supply. Electronic part bodies are injected with 16 pins. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NO/NC switching circuits. Using the ADG513 search parameter, you can discover variants of the switch. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 30Ohm. Datasheets for 16 pin functions are available upon request. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. A voltage higher than 5.5V should not normally be supplied to the switches. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Dual, Single supply. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 4.5V. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 100pA current. If put voltage greater than 1μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. It is possible to supply this switch device with dual voltages. However, it is not advisable to exceed 5.5V. A dual power supply should have at least 4.5V voltage attached. The digital multiplexer has SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs that can be used.
