ADG3246BCP-REEL7 Overview
The reason it is provided is that the board space can be saved by placing digital switch in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP.The package is in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).In terms of mounting, digital switch ic uses the Surface Mount method .the multiplexers uses IC Bus Switch as the analog IC.When digital controlled switch operates at 2.5V 3.3V, designers have superior flexibility.It is designed with 24 terminations as part of its basic configuration.The multiplexer is supplied with 2.5V voltage.This turn signal switch contains 24 component pins.Conductors terminate at NO LEAD in this design.Among the family of ADG3246 the logic switch is a member.As a result, signal multiplexer provides 10 bits.To avoid unnecessary failures, keep the supply voltage at 2.3V (Vsup).Vsup (maximum supply voltage) should be kept as 3.6V to prevent unnecessary failures.2 is the resistance at which it operates.Maximum operating temperature of the switches reaches 85°C.
