ADG1309BRZ Overview
As the electronic part is packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), international shipping is convenient. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tube. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 4:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~105°C TA. But it should not go beyond 16.5V. If you are using a dual power supply, you should attach at least 5V. A DIFFERENTIAL MULTIPLEXER analog IC is integrated into the board. The electrical part can be operated at 15V voltage levels. There are 500MHz bandwidths for data transfer.
