ADF4112BRUZ-REEL7 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This Clock PLL will be fed by CMOS, TTL as its input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 3GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. There are 2.7V~5.5V available for use with this clock PLL. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. The RF synthesizer is compatible with Clock logic levels. It is possible to classify this electronic component as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF). This part number ADF4112 is related to the following electrical components. There are 16 pins on the frequency generators that are available for use. Designed to operate at low temperatures, this frequency generator performs -40°C operations per second. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 85°C with attenuated performance. RF synthesizers can handle voltages up to 5V. Clock PLL is facilitated with 1 signal outputs to magnify output frequency as high as possible. A voltage above 5.5V will not provide enough power to this frequency generator. Powered by 2.7V, this clock generator has the lowest supply voltage limit. To fully perform its function, time clock generator requires a supply current of 6.5mA. An efficient 1-element frequency generator with low jitter performance is being offered here.
