ADF4111BRU Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. Embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3V is required. In this clock generator, CMOS, TTL is used as the input to the clock. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 1.4GHz is available. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.7V for normal operation. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.7V~5.5V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. It's compatible with Clock logic levels. Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF) is the type of electrical part that this component is classified as.
