AD9752ARUZ Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and X package. 5V volts power it. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. This is a type of FPGA that is part of the TxDAC? series of FPGAs. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C~85°C when operating the machine. This FPGA model is contained in Tube for space saving. As a whole, it has 28 terminations. You can find related parts by using the part number AD9752, which is its base part number. 28 pins are designed into the device. In operation with 5V, designers can take advantage of its flexibility to the fullest extent. The device runs on a 5V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate. Featuring 28 pins in total, it is a versatile device. The maximum supply voltage it can take is 5.5V. Using a supply voltage as low as 4.5V, it will work.
