AD9715BCPZRL7 Overview
A 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is provided with this component. Other Converters family FPGA part. The Surface Mount-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR). In total, the terminations of this piece are 40.
