As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 32 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. CMOS, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 900MHz.
