A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 48 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. There is a Clock PLL called Differential or Single-Ended which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 2 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility.
