Cut Tape (CT)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 72-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 72 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. In this clock generator, CMOS, HSTL, LVDS is used as the input to the clock. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 1.25GHz Max. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock generators can take up to 3.465V of power as a maximum supply voltageAs long as there are 3.135V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work.
