Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V.
