AD9516-2BCPZ Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this clock generator is embedded. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 2.95GHz is available. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.465V to operate this time clock generator. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.135V~3.465V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature.
