AD809BRZ Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. As part of the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 16 terminations found in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 5V. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, ECL, PECL, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. The RF synthesizer is compatible with ECL, PECL logic levels. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer component. The clock-generating IC is a 16-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. Related electrical parts can be found for the base part number AD809. There is an available 16 pin on the clock generators. Time clock generator can handle a voltage of 5V as the supply voltage. Using a frequency of 155.52MHz allows frequency synthesizer to achieve high efficiencies. A supply current of 17mA is required to fully operate clock PLL. In this operation, a maximum current of 26mA is supplied to the clock generator.
