AD5629RARUZ-1-RL7 Overview
There is a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package that includes this component. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. In order to make it work, 16 pins have been designed. There is a maximum operating temperature of 105°C for this module.
