AD5420ACPZ-REEL7 Overview
This package is included in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package and is available for purchase. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. In order to ensure a safe and efficient operation, it is important to maintain a temperature within -40°C~85°C at all times. This FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for space saving. If you are looking for related parts, you can use the base part number AD5420 as a starting point. This cable has 40 pins and is designed to connect to a computer. During its maximal operating temperature, this module reaches 85°C. Over -40°C, the operating temperature should be higher. A maximum voltage of 60V can be supplied to it. The minimal supply voltage required for it is 10.8V. There is a device package provided by 40-LFCSP-VQ (6x6) as its supplier.
